The installation was carried out in a most professional manner by yourself and your men. Indeed, your engineers were most diligent and also very polite when making enquiries.

I was also very pleased by your commitment to a fixed price for the works as we both know you did encounter some problems with the terrain and underground rocks that were not evident at the time of pricing.

At no time did you approach myself for additional monies due to these difficulties and I find it most refreshing to come across a company that maintains high ethical standards.

As I said to you on completion my wife and I would be delighted to act as a reference for any of your future clients.

Dear Mr Bateman,

 

1 am writing to you to introduce myself, and to say that as soon as work in the garden permits I would love to come along to one of your meetings. In addition I would like to recommend the services of David Pierrepont, garden irrigation specialist, to any of your members who need advice on this subject.

 

We moved into our house at the end of July. The house had not been occupied for 12 years and the garden was literally dying of thirst! One of the first things on my list of priorities was to get the garden into some kind of shape, and to water it, Mr. Pierrepont, whose advert was in the Sur in English, came round to give us a quote and I must say that we, have been very pleased with the tremendous work, in the heat of August, and the price too. In addition to the garden imígation he got a gardener in to clear the dead vegetation and to thoroughly clean the rockeries and tidy up the palm trees etc. He also helped us get our (what we thought was defunct) swimming pool going.

 

He is on his last day here and is busy going round the garden with his video camera, making a film for us to refer to in the future, with all the instructions of how to use the irrígation equipment and other little tips. I am so immensely impressed with the end result that I thought it would do no harm to sit down and write this letter to let others know of this wonderful service. Of course, it goes without saying that I wouId be pleased to meet anyone who wished to come along to our house to see the system, just give me a call first to make sure one of us is in.
